How we use and share it
We use enquiry information to understand the type of professional assistance being sought, communicate with you and identify an independent professional who may be relevant. With the consent given on the enquiry form, we may provide your enquiry and contact details to that professional so they can respond.
Independent professionals
Professionals introduced through the platform operate their own businesses. They determine whether they can assist, the services they offer and the terms of any engagement. They may have their own privacy policy and are responsible for information they collect from you directly.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect enquiry information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the connection process, record keeping and applicable legal obligations.
